  • this is very good theme

  • this is very intrusting

  • please, how do i add this theme to my website?

  • when i dont make a “home” page myself there is no “home” page.

and when i make it it links to wich leads to a blank page…

i have to use this plugin i think…

with the standard wordpress theme twenty eleven you get a standaard home page with all your posts but not with your theme..

is there a way to get this?

    • I just checked your site and I am seeing a “home” button in the top menu.

  • Hi, another question: My slider isn’t linking to the website I input on the slider page. I found a solution in one of your earlier comments to someone else with the same problem, but the code you gave them gave me an error message and messed up most of my blog until I put the old code back in. Could you resend the code for this?

    • whats your site address, Lindsay?

    • I’m working on

    • Open up easyslider.php and replace this line:

      with this:

      ID, 'slide_link', TRUE); ?>">

    • I got the error again. I left it up so you could see it.

    • okay remove this line:

      ID, 'slide_link', TRUE); ?>">

      and try this:

      ID, 'slide_link', TRUE); ?>">

    • Still not working. 🙁

    • remove that line and try this line you find in this page:

    • Ok that worked, but I replaced the “excerpt” part with the HTML tag for the thumbnail. It’s got that blue hyperlink border around the image, though. How can I get rid of that within this code?

    • Go to Appearance> Editor and select “stylesheet” from right and add this line to the very bottom:

      #slider li img{border:none;}

    • Thank you! Looks great.

  • How can I change the “featured posts” category widget to display posts from a certain category? It seems to default to the latest posts even after putting in the category name. thanks!

    • not category name, you should add the category id.

  • Hello! When I click to see the pictures on my blog they get realy
distorted. It only happens on Google Chrome. Is there a way to fix it? Thanks!

    • Rafael,
Go to Appearance> Editor and select stylesheet from right. Now add this line at the very bottom of the editor:
      #fancybox-img {height:auto!important;}

  • Hi, your theme is brilliant! I love it!
I was wondering how to add links to the social share bar in the top right hand corner? I am creating a Facebook Fan Page and Twitter handle to go with the site and would like to connect them.

    • Ok I just figured out where the social share area is located. But there is something wrong with the RSS feed. It comes up with this:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

      Is this supposed to happen?

    • This is your RSS feed link:

    • I’m still getting the same message:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    • the link
works fine. where are trying to use it?

  • can i add read more button in layout2

    • While eidting the post. you can add the read more tag anywhere inside the post by pressing Alt + Shift + T

  • This is a fantastic theme!

Only problems is that I’m having trouble adding a captcha field to the comments section using the standard Captcha plugin.

The plugin installs and activates as normal however its not viewable when selecting the adding a new comment (even though email and name still appear fine). However if a user tries to post a comment they are told that they haven’t correctly completed the captcha and can’t post a comment – but its not even there!?

    Any advice please…?

    • sounds like a plugin issue to me. can you try other themes and see if its still happening? if it still happens its the plugin.
