Hi,
I just downloaded the Asteria template and love it! I am having trouble with the gallery though– I insert a media gallery (and have tried using the link to media and link to attachment settings), but when I test the page, I only see the thumbnails and cannot see the larger image nor can I click on the image as displayed in the demo. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Eddie
We found a solution from one of your other support pages! Thanks!
Hi Towfiq,
I am having trouble setting up the gallery. I have gone through multiple threads listed in the forums and have tried multiple gallery plug-ins, and nothing seems to work.
In setting up the galleries, I have uploaded the images and linked them to Media (as you have instructed), but when I view the gallery and click on the thumbnail image, the pop-up window appears (lightbox?) and then the main image on the screen above the thumbnails disappears. I have tried to disable the lightbox, disabled beautify my gallery (thumbnails were too small), and nothing seems to fix it.
here is a link to an example on the site: http://edwardvromero.com/paintings/
Ideally, I would like it to work as the demo. Please advise.
Thanks,
Eddie
I just checked the gallery and its working fine..
Thanks yeah I was able to disable all the plugins and remove the Lightbox completely and got it to work. Now when i click on an image and the expander in the top right corner. The image loads into a new page. when hitting the back button it reloads to the page and begins the slide show from the first image. How can i remove the image expander from the top right of each image to avoid that?
Thanks again,
Eddie
Add this to your Custom CSS:
.ast_full {display:none;}
I tried inserting .ast_full {display:none;} into the Custom CSS, and am still seeing the image expander in the top right corner. Here is the link for your reference: http://edwardvromero.com/paintings/
Try this:
.ast_full {display: none!important;}
Hi Towfiq,
I am trying to edit some text in my business logo and was trying to match the font that is used within the Asteria lite version.
Could you please inform me as to what fonts you used for the template?
Thanks,
Brandon
