Hi Towfiq,
I’ve been trying my hand at using your template for an artist friend, however, I somehow deleted the Blog Page on the front page, I think that aggregates all the other blogs, correct? How do I fix this?
Thanks
Sorry I am not sure what you are trying to say… can you elaborate?
hi, i would like to know if it’s possible to not display the post in homepage. thank you
You can do that from Asteria Options> Frontpage.
Notice on the very bottom of the page, there are options to disable each frontpage elements. you will have to uncheck “frontpage posts”
Hello, I am new at using wordpress, but I love this theme and I was wondering if there’s a way to place a logo image in the spot where the Logo text is.
Hello! First of all thank you so much for the theme – it is amazing!
I have set up everything perfectly but the only thing I would love to change is the text on the frontpage posts. Is it possible to have the name of the post (or short description etc.) under the thumbnail not when you put your cursor on it? Since I think that it will be more informative if you see the name of the post under the picture right away.
Also how can I change the font and size of the welcome text?
I appreciate your help!
this is only possible in the PRO version.
Hi Towfig, I am the administrator for an animal welfare organisation in South Africa who is looking to update our website. I am NOT a computer fundi having self taught myself at midlife to ensure that we have a representation on line. I love your Asteria lite theme and would like to convert our current website but I need to know whether I would be capable of doing this and if it will serve our purpose. My main objectives are this: gallery to show dogs available for adoption but with a facility to break down the gallery to small, medium, large dogs, cats etc. ways to click on image that will enlarge it and show animals details, widgets for ways that people can donate. And to somehow have our posts on a slider. It would be great if I could also link to show our Facebook feed but that’s not so much of a criteria. My pages I can minimize as you can see I have quite a few. Is this possible? I need to use the free version as we really don’t have funds considering that we have over 400 animals in our care. Please, please, please any advice would be great as I don’t want to start something and then not be able to finish and I have no coding experience whatsoever, I have learnt everything through the university of Google. Looking forward to hearing from you, kind regards Sue
for the gallery you should use a gallery plugin find a suitable plugin from here.
http://wpplugindirectory.org/category/photos/photo-gallery/
and for widgets try a paypal donation widget.

to display facebook social widget, try this:

you dont any coding knowledge to setup a wordpress website. rest assure.
I am just writing to say “thank you” for such a beautiful website 🙂 Admittedly, I was a little hesitant at first but once I loaded the theme it just all came together. It is still a work in progress but I am so ‘in love’ with it. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.
Great design thanks. Just wondering if there’s a way to entirely delete the comments section from the pages that aren’t blog pages. Thanks.
You can do that Asteria Options> Miscellaneous
