ok found the problem. When I have caching turned on I get the issue reported above. When i turned off caching all works fine. Thoughts on how to get this to work if i have caching turned on?

Fabulous template and thanks a lot. I tried it and it works excellent. I do have one question:
Can the number of units shown under the slider in the front page be changed? Because the default units number is 5, which I want to reduce to 3.

Is there any way to display more than 5 articles in the area below the slider? I have 6, and the 6th appears in the slider rotation, but only 5 appear in the boxes below.

Thats actually basic joomla settings, and has nothing to do with the template.
Go to the admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu (or what ever menu you’ve defined as default).
Find the Home link (The button that links to Articles >> Front page)
Edit that, under Parameters (Basic), change “Intro” to 3.
Thats the number of articles displayed on the front page in intro mode (intros are the none fullwidth articles displayed)
