  • Englisch:
How can I insert the slideshow in the text (right)?
I can not get to insert the text so that it stands on the right. As with the demo.

This problem, however, have many other users.

    Please help!

    THANK YOU!

  • I am trying to make the drop down menu , i have followed the instructions in the instuctions file but i cannot make them, i can make the normal menu, but when i hovor over them it does not drop down

    thanks

    • also to add, the drop down menu appears but only when i am on a certain page

  • Hi,

Thanks for the exellent template. I’m almost done with modifying it, but I’d appreciate if you could help me with 3 things:

    1) Where can I change the bg-color of the site (behind & down from the slider)? I’ve found it earlier but not anymore… 🙁
    2) Why do my 3 modules (under the slider) take me back to the front page when clicked?
    3) In the slider, when there is enough text for the ‘Read more’ -button, it doesn’t appear, but instead the text continues all the way to the slider frame.

    Thanks mate!

    • 1. assuming you want to change the current background color from the css. if so, you have to open up style.css and find:

      body{ background:#f2f2f2;

change the hex color value to your desired value.

      2. Because in the 3 modules the articles you have is default joomla article which is linked to the homepage. create your own article and put a read more link from article publisher .

      3. The read more link in the slider is not automatically generated. You have to manually add it from the article publisher.

  • Fixed it…

It was to do with I hadnt got all the paragraph marks in place.

    Done!

  • Hello again!

Regarding the 1st issue; I seem to have replaced body{ background:#f2f2f2; with body{ background-image:url(images/taustagradient.jpg); background-repeat:repeat-x; …so I put the line back. Now the problem is that repeat-x doesn’t work… Well, I have to try to find out a solution for that.

Numbers 2 and 3 are no ok. Thanks for the help! I still have some problems with things (just like the one above) but they all are html- or Joomla-related, which have nothing to do with your template. Thanks again!

  • I am still having issues getting the text on the slider. It’s not appearing on the right under the title, how do i got about doing that?

  • I got the text to work. Now I’m having issues with the Read More button showing up. What do you mean by automatically generated? In the text editor I put in the Read More line and it didn’t show up. Does that mean I have to physically but the link to the full article or something?

    • No, you did the right thing, the read more link should show up.

  • Has anyone got the drop down menu to work. It was working for on one page but now non of them work and i cannot figure out how to get them to work, i followed the instructions but no luck

    thanks
    Adam
