the responsiveness stops at 320px. this is standard procedure, as no modern smartphone has 250px screen size.

While editing the page notice there is a “Page Attributes” box on right, select the “Blog Page Template” from the box. and then Go to Appearance> Asteria options> Miscellaneous and select the blog page category.

this is not a theme related issue. this is a plugin css issue. Please ask the plugin developers about this.
I dont how they coded this flawed css.
