to remove a block just go to Asteria options> Frontpage> Blocks and remove the block title and block text field to hide that block from frontpage.

You cannot set a custom page to your homepage and have the blocks show up on homepage. You will need to set the homepage to “Your latest posts” from Settings> Reading.
