  • hey towfiqi,
i am new in this wordpress buisiness,…can u explain to me how to upload/install ur theme on my domain?!? it is uploaded on my ftp-server, but how to install it? thx

  • Hey tks very mutch for your theme! its grat and simple, i’m testing free version and no way to add more than 1 image to slider…mmm….slider options are ok for me (slide numbe more than 1).

    • Go to Appearance> Triton Lite Options and click the “Slider” tab then select the number of slides. default is 1.

  • Hi I am trying to install the light verison of Triton to test on my blog: http://www.fantauzzimoto.com/blog but for some reasons I get this error:
    Call to undefined function register_nav_menus

I am using wordpress 2.9.2 Do I need to update to 3.3.1?

Can you please give me an indication?

    Thank you

    • Yes you are right. you will have to update to the latest version.

  • slider_button.png file is missing

    • can you elaborate?

  • Hey there! I’m new to WP and I love your theme. I have Triton Lite for my site and I’m having issues with the slider slides showing up in Firefox. The slides move but the associated images don’t show up. IExplorer, Safari are both ok but not Firefox. Ideas?

  • I have found an issue with this theme and Jetpack, the plugin by WP that allows self-hosted wp sites to switch on multiple features from wordpress.com.

The issue effects the slider. When Jetpack is active, and a slider is uploaded, additional elements of that image (e.g. ability to share via social media) try to slide as individual slides. So far, uploading one image has caused 18 slides to appear!

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Jo

    • Jo, Whats your site address?

  • Hi there, I was wondering if there was a way to lock the recent post thumbnails to a fixed grid on the front page. I don’t like that the posts are staggered. Thanks!

    • You will have to open up the triton.js file from wp-content/themes/tritonlite/js/

      and remove this line:
      jQuery(‘.lay1’).masonry({ itemSelector: ‘.post’ });

    • Great! Thanks. Also, right now, it’s only displaying 5 posts. Can I change it to show 6? 2 rows of 3?

    • Go to Settings> Reading and change the number of posts shown per page.
