you will have to login with your username/password that you got after purchasing the theme.
and what do you mean by make block links? do you want to add ad text link under the block text? or wrap each blocks with individual links?

No, you dont have to use any plugin. The setup process of the slider is described in Appearance> Theron Options> Documentation.
