We are making a webpage for our mosque and I am using the pro version and I have a problem with the page editor, I only can watch the html section and I can’t watch the normal section; I only can edit the page with the html code. I don’t know what can I do. Please give me a solution because I want to public the page.
I have an other problem the arabic fonts are very limited, there aren’t a lot of fonts for arabic text. Do you know how to upload my fonts from my computer to the page.
This is happening with my version intermittently as well. In fact, there are many problems with the pro version that are not being addressed. I have sent THREE emails since 6/28 asking for assistance and gotten ZERO response. Perhaps posting here will discourage others from paying for a theme with so many problems for which there is no support.
Kathleen I guess you sent the emails to the wrong email address. I guess you sent the emails to the email address from which you got the link. in the bottom of that email notice there is a message that says do not reply to this email.
and I encourage theme owners to post their queries here instead of emails because that would help other theme user’s who are having those issues.
