picture aspect ratio off

hi there,

Is there a way to manipulate the maximum picture size in a post? If I post pictures bider as 500 pixel the aspect ratio gets off.

I would like these pictures to be bigger as big and don’t care about scrolling.

My screen resolution is 1366×768 px

When you use the maximum width of the pictures, the picture will float over the widget as the area of the content is around 600px. if you are using a full width page, the content area is around 960px.
