i have three sliders setup and only one of them shows up in a squeezed manner. the other two the system crops to proper sizing so its clear but the third is squeezing the image rather than cropping. IS this something i can correct easily? is it the image file format that is the problem. Its a PNG right now but I can convert to something else
Make sure the the width and height of the images are 1000px x 360px
and I noticed you are using the PRO version. You can access the Premium theme support forum by logging in with your forum id/pass which was sent to you with the theme.
i tried to login but was not able to. it kept sending me to a second login and then erroring out at the typical wordpress login
The image is 1000 x 360 but i changed it to jpeg and that seems to have resolved it
