in order to reduce the loading time of the front page I want to reduce the number of frontpage posts. At the moment the last 12 posts are displayed and I want to reduce this to 3. Therefore I set the value in Asteria Options/Frontpage/Frontpage Posts/Number of Posts to 3, but this doesn’t work. Still 12 posts will be displayed, I’ve tested this with IE, Chrome and Firefox.
To reduce the load time of my front page (www.thedailyphoto.nz) I am starting to use the Featured Image option and make sure that my featured inmages are at the receommend smallest size, and of a low file size also.
