How to add adsense to header in Theron

I just purchased and love the Theron theme, I just have one problem that needs to be resolved.

How can I add an adsense theme above the fold and or in the header I am using layout #2

Also how can I add a home page to menu (right there is no direction to send them back to home page

Open up header.php and add your adsense code before this line:

gghhh, getting so frustraded now I am getting this message:

Found the problem on the header error, just need to know where to add the google publisher markup .
