Change Background color, font color, fontsize

I like the textarea dark or black, how can i change this and the fontcolor must be the same as in the header, as also the font size.
And i like to change the margin top and -buttom between the header and the page and between the page and the footer also, Marign top and -buttom size 0. I´m looking in the .css, there is so much code, i dont no this.

which font color do you want to change? I am confused.

To remove the margins, add this to your stylesheet:

#content .single_wrap{margin-top:0!important;}
#content, .single_wrap .single_post{margin-bottom:0!important;}
.slide_shadow{display:none;}
