Blog page with "read more" function

Hi Towfiq,
I want to write the post on blog page as post with the “read more” function. When I use this function is the post not reduced. My Theme Version is Theron Lite 1.5.
Please, can you help me?

open up page-blog.php and replace this:

<?php the_content(); ?>

with:

<?php
global $more;
$more = 0;
?>

<?php the_content('Read More'); ?>

Thank you for your excellent themes. I am using the Theron Lite 2.0 version, and I would like the blog page to not exhibit blogs in their entirety but only summaries. Is this possible? Is there a way you could help me with this? I would be very grateful.
