Asteria Lite Menu Does Not Work on iPad

the menu doesnt show up at all or the blue menu button shows up but upon clicking it doesnt work? which one?

The menu looks fine in my mobile. they menu in mobile and ipad uses same technology.. so they should work. As I dont have an ipad air with me.. i cant check. Could this be a device specific issue? can you try another ipad? and what browser are you using?

Hi, maybe a problem with the width of screen ?
I found the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 but only when I use it in vertical position, with the horizontal the menu it’s ok, when I rotate the tablet the menu hide

I check it with the Asteria PRO demo because I near to buy it, I need a responsive theme ( now I have the Theron PRO ) and your support is so great that before to check other vendors I look for your themes

The demo uses an older version. it was fixed in a later version.

Hi,
I have a different problem with the mobile menu. It shows up properly on the mobile phones, but the menu jumps down and can’t be seen on the homepage when the window is about 1200px until it gets small enough to show the mobile menu-button.
Unfortunately this is approx. the size that kindle and iPad use. I don’t have a tablet, but when I tested it on http://quirktools.com/screenfly/#u=http%3A//lieblingsrogg.bplaced.net/impronta/&w=853&h=533&a=24 the problem is shown.
