    Can’t get the Gallery to do anything except display the thumbnails in a post.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem! The gallery don’t display the main photo only the thumbnails.

    Well, I’ve tried the solutions presented in the Forum messages here, including replacing the gallery.js code as directed to others. No success.

    Any ideas, Towfiq I.? Please help; need to get this working. Thanks.

    Making some progress on my own. Re-reading the online documentation pointed out that I hadn’t linked to Media File per the instructions, and that seems to be the key. The Gallery isn’t showing every file, so I’m not sure if there’s a size or other format limitation that’s not documented.

    9. Setting up the Beautiful Gallery

    With Asteria you can setup beautiful galleries without any plugins. Example

    To set up a gallery, follow these steps:

    Create a New post, page and click the Add Media button. A new window will popup.
    Click the Create Gallery button from left. Now upload your photos or choose from existing photos by clicking the “Media Library” link.
    After selecting the images click the Create new Album button.
    Now on the right make sure you select: Link to: Media File
    Then click the Insert Gallery button from bottom. That’s it!
    Note: To disable this feature, Go to Appearance> Asteria Options> Miscellaneous Settings and turn off the Beautify My Galleries option.

    Ok for us WordPress newbies i have no idea what replacing the code of the gallery means it seems easy enough but i dont know how to do that Help!

    Last 9 images in gallery are not showing. I have tried disabling the lightbox, but they still don’t show up. Am I to replace ALL of the code in the gallery.js file from the “js” folder with this : http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=bZnJastw, or just part of the code in that file?

    Hy Towfig,
    First of All I must tell you that Asteria Theme is All I want !!!
    But I have problem with Galery as Users above.
    I replace the code as you sugest, and it’s not work …I see only small pictures from galery without main pictures.
    Can you hepl me and Users and make your Theme spectacular ?
    I wish it for all of us !

    While creating the gallery, please make sure you selected the “link to File” setting, instead of “Link to Attachment” setting.
