adding blog to my website

Hi I have a wordpress blog (therapized.com) and am wondering how to integrate it with my website (astridschmidt.com). Is there a way to transfer the blog to my website? Or can I create a page/post that acts as a blog within an otherwise totally static website?

Also- is there a way to delete the white empty banner at the bottom of my website? thanks

1. you will have to create each page individually.

2.Go to Appearance> Editor and add this line to the very bottom of your stylesheet:
