Add comments option "i want to be warned when there are new comments"

Hi,

I would like to know if it’s possible to add an optionbox saying “I want to be warned when someone writes a new comment”, when someone is sending a comment to a post.

I want people to receive an e-mail everytime I answer to their comment.

For the moment, he only has the choice to suscribe to my newsletter.
