Initial Release
1. How Do I add content to the slider?
A: Go to Appearance> Epione Options> Slider and select a category for the slider.
The slider will show the latest posts from that category.
2. How-To change the slider speed:
A: You have to open up “other.js” file from your epione/js theme folder and find:
pause: 2000,
To change the speed you have to change this value to your desired need. The default is 2000 milliseconds. If you want to slow the slider down you have to increase this value and save the file.
Note: If you dont know how to open the other.js file via FTP. Use this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-filemanager/
3. The slider stopped sliding, how to fix that?
A: Its probably a plugin conflict. Disable all the plugins one by one and find out which one is causing this.
4. Whats the right dimension for the slider images?
A: 450px x 230px
The theme is released under GNU General Public License, version 2.
Hi!
Absolutely love the theme!
Tell me, is it possible to change the thumbnail image for the post, after the submission?
Or if you add more pictures to a post, is there a way to decide, which will be the post main thumbnail?
Thanks and keep up the good work!
read the above comment.
Thanks for the theme it’s excellent.
Is there a way to change the sizes of the FB/Twitter/RSS icons in the header?
this topic is starting to be incompatible with new versions of wordpress, you could
update? I did not want to use this theme.
when the update wordpress now, I had the option of putting caption disappeared and now I do not know what to do when creating new posts. is ugly ..
The image captions disappeared?
Hi guys, ive been having a problem with loading the first page, i believe that the problem comes from the slider because when i open it the slider images open over the whole page and it takes like a minute for all of them to go up into the slider. I need the slider on the page for sure but is there a way to make it load faster. There is also a possibility of my hosting being slow but im looking into it. If thats not the problem is there a way to speed up the loading.
your front page is slow because you are showing too many posts per page reduce the number of posts per page.
Amazing theme! I love it!
Is there a way to disable the comments? I don’t really want people to be able to post comments on the site.
Thanks so much!
In the post edit page Under Discussion there is a option:
“Allow comments.”
uncheck this and update the post. You have to do it for every posts.
Sorry – one more thing. The site is also currently not working with any version of internet explorer. If you send me an email I’ll send you the address to look at. I’d really appreciate your help!

The link above does not work and the code replacement text on the last part cannot be found. Half of the code replacement text can be found on the front page, but the other half cannot be found. Thus, when you replace the code with the suggested code, the entire front page breaks.
php $cti = catch_that_image(); if(isset($cti)){ ?>
The above code in example and the code therefore after is not found. The code above this line in the example is found however.
Regardless, ignoring those bits, you still will not have the ‘Feature Image’ option in your post section.
The code is tested and working fine. Maybe you did not integrate it properly.
Hey there,
My slider is still having problems, and I’ve basically spent the whole day troubleshooting. Is there any chance you could have a look at tell me what you think? All of the overflow slides are showing up even though I’ve specified that overflow:hidden, and it still doesn’t seem to be working at all in any browser but Chrome.
Thanks!
Jessie
Did you select the slider post category of the slider from Epione Options?
I did. The images are there, it’s just that the overflow slides are not hidden.
I am not seeing anything in the slider area..
That’s what I don’t understand. I can see all 4 slides fine (I’m using Chrome), but other people/browsers can’t see them all. When I CAN see the slides, the overflow isn’t hidden, even though it should be.
this is strange… I have to take a look from the back-end. If you want me to get in the back-end and fix it let me know.
Hi again,
I’d really appreciate it if you could look into it further. Perhaps you could email me with info about your rates, and what our next steps should be?

Towfiq,
Just wanted to follow up on the thread I began on January 29, 2011 at 5:31 pm. I did add the container div in the front-page.php file (index.php does not have #home_content). Here is the problem I am still having, though:
The container image only seems to show up when I use position:absolute, but then half of the post content and most of the sidebar content doesn’t show up, and the footer moves to the middle of the page. Positioning isn’t my forte, so I can’t seem to reconcile the need for the background image to show up with the need for relative positioning to order the page correctly. What can fix this?
Thanks!
Great theme. I have one question. I need to know where and how to adjust the space between the slider and the body of the site.
I want to make that space smaller and not such a big gap. Ive removed the slider switch but it still leaves a big gap. please help
Can you post your site address….
