Initial Release
1. How Do I add content to the slider?
A: Go to Appearance> Epione Options> Slider and select a category for the slider.
The slider will show the latest posts from that category.
2. How-To change the slider speed:
A: You have to open up “other.js” file from your epione/js theme folder and find:
pause: 2000,
To change the speed you have to change this value to your desired need. The default is 2000 milliseconds. If you want to slow the slider down you have to increase this value and save the file.
Note: If you dont know how to open the other.js file via FTP. Use this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-filemanager/
3. The slider stopped sliding, how to fix that?
A: Its probably a plugin conflict. Disable all the plugins one by one and find out which one is causing this.
4. Whats the right dimension for the slider images?
A: 450px x 230px
The theme is released under GNU General Public License, version 2.
Dude awesome theme! thnx for that…
ok the problem I have is that no post picture is showed at the home.
How ca I get the pics to apear?
regards!
The Epione theme automatically grabs a picture (if the post has one) and displays it in the thumbnail. The featured image option is not available in this theme.
Absolutely awesome theme indeed, but I can’t make the image work either … 🙁
it didnt have that exact code BUT it gave me the location and i figured it out. Soon as I make a sale or two I will make some type of donation to you, thanks
Hi there, I love the epoine theme. Is there a way to modify the background so it can “scroll” with the page- as in the content in the forefront move independent of the BG instead of with it? I only want my page to look SO long.
Hi,
how to enable links on posts, when before click “read more”.. i can’t click the links without clicking to read more..
I pulled down my old layout as i grew to hate it.
I’ve changed to permalink structure to be more friendly as I knew nothing when I started blogging and kept the ugly default.
My problem is this, I can make pages just fine and set their affinitys ie parent/child/etc but when testing to go to the new pages it’s 404ing me.
How do I correct this?
I’d also like to move the ‘Popular Posts’ to under the Welcome and search, how do I do that also?
GO to Settings > permalinks and select “Default” option and save the changes. this should fix the 404 error. It is not causing by the theme.
To move the popular posts below the widgets go to Appearance> Editor and select “Sidebar.php” from right and find this line:
And move this line before
