  Hello, I’m using the contact form page but the emails do not arrive. My website (www.naturalqueva.com) is hosted in https://siliconhosting.com. I searched on this page to see if there was information on this topic and I found this put you below:

  Theme theme uses wp_mail function which is built in wordpress. Should work fine. Did you select the contact form email to from Theron options> Misc?

  if it doesnt work, I suggest you to try a contact form plugin. e.g: contact form 7

  Yes, I select the contact form email to Theron options. I think that is necessary an additional_parameter, (‘-fmymail@com’) but i don’ t know where. Thank you

  no. you dont have to set that parameter anywhere.

  Try a plugin and let me know.

  The problem is that my server does not support emails generated by wordpress so I have to use a SMTP plugin. I installed WP-Mail-SMTP and the test is done with the plugin once if configured and sends the mail to my account. In contrast with the form still does not work. I also tried with Contact Form 7 and neither works.

  Sorry I am not sure how to make the theme’s contact form work with SMTP.
