I have a logo PNG file with a transparent background. when i upload it to the site, it becomes a black background.
Can you please tell me how to fix this? I have searched the forums and haven’t found anything on this, although many of my other issues where here. My site is mirandack.com

The png is saved as png8, save it as png16 in your image editing software.

Hmm.. is it only in png16 that you get it transparent? It it possible to get the logo transparent in 24 or 36 -bit?

yes. the png24 version delivers smoother transparent images than png8.

thank you, Im not the king in photo editing, but I have uploaded a transparent 24-bit logo, but the transparent background is white!? mallorcacelebrations.com
can you see what the problem is?
