moving banner heading

  Hi Towfig, I need to create another welcome text box for the front page, that acts as a marquee banner as we have just been served 3 months notice to vacate the centre and I need a flashing heading to highlight our cause to drive our fundraising campaign that can link to a post. Please help and advise how I can add this in – many thanks

  are you trying to display an image? or a flash file? please let me know what content you want in the new box. we will hardcode the content in template file.

  I would like to put the wording:

  UITSIG ANIMAL RESCUE HAS BEEN SERVED 3 MONTHS NOTICE TO VACATE STOP NEARLY 500 ANIMALS NOW POTENTIALLY ON ‘DEATH ROW’ STOP HELP US TO BUILD A BRIGHTER FUTURE … STOP DONATE TO BUY A ‘BRICK IN THE WALL’ SO WE MAY BUY OUR OWN LAND AND SAVE THEIR LIVES STOP

  Or something like that

  I need it to either be moving text like you see on the stock exchange or someway that it catches their attention when some visits the website

  thank you so much, as you can imagine I am at my wits end and very emotional about this 🙂

  Go to Appearance> Editor and select content-welcome-text.php and add this:
